Valley Senior Services Alliance

Lakeview Hospital, Croixdale and Presbyterian Homes & Services formed Valley Senior Services Alliance (VSSA), dedicated to serving older adults in Washington County and the St. Croix Valley. In doing so, its goal has been to improve the quality and access to services for all older adults through residential and care choices. VSSA is the owner of Boutwell's Landing.

For over 50 years, Croixdale has been a vital part of the Bayport community. In 1977, it partnered with Presbyterian Homes & Services to provide an affordable senior residence community. A member of Valley Senior Services Alliance, Croixdale works collaboratively with Boutwells Landing to assure an array of efficient and effective services that meet the needs of a growing older adult population in the St. Croix Valley.
